My name is Ulla Landwehr and I am 38.

I started in the insurance business in 1990 as a trainee with Hafnia in Esbjerg. I have since worked for Hafnia/Codan in various job functions in Esbjerg, Århus and Copenhagen. My jobs included working in a customer centre, a call centre, as a training and course manager and in a support and quality assurance division. I have always worked with private insurance.

I was hired by dahlberg on 1 January 2007.

I heard about dahlberg from a former colleague whose enthusiasm for the company was contagious. It’s always interesting to work in a new area, and as dahlberg prioritises training and skills development, there are plenty of opportunities for me to integrate new competencies in my daily work.

I work as a Key Account Assistant in dahlberg’s pensions division in Århus. My job involves maintaining close contact with our clients and their employees about their pension and health plans.

dahlberg is a wonderful place to work with respect for and room for the individual. It is a flat organisation so you never have to go very far to have a say and exert some influence.
