My name is Klaus Lodberg and I am 25.

I came to work for dahlberg in early 2008. First I had a student job while I finished working on my master’s thesis in business development and innovation. I got a job in dahlberg’s Esbjerg office after I graduated.

I had previously worked in trade and industry, so I found the world of consultancy quite new and different. dahlberg offered me a flexible job with lots of opportunities, paid continuing education and the chance to shape my own working day – all factors that I of course found extremely appealing. It is also reassuring to know you’re working for an industry that is ever-relevant and not overly influenced by market trends.

Although I deal with a variety of insurance-related problems in my day-to-day work, I am equally involved in developing the company and its competencies, sales activities and internal optimisation. dahlberg operates in a constantly changing environment, which is an exciting and stimulating challenge.
