Under Executive Order no. 1264 of 8 December 2006 issued by the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority, insurance broking companies are required to appoint a complaints officer.
The idea is to give clients and others easy access to our complaints officer and his contact information.
All complaints sent to our complaints officer will naturally be forwarded to the relevant people, who will deal with them promptly and professionally.
Our vision is to provide security for your visions, but we cannot create security if we do not live up to our own and our clients’ expectations and needs.
Naturally we would prefer to avoid complaints, but we also know that no-one is perfect.
